  • You have the flexibility to purchase gemstones loose or have them set into a custom jewelry piece. After your purchase, our team will contact you to confirm whether you'd like the gemstone shipped as is or if you'd prefer to explore custom setting options.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a member of our team will follow up to discuss setting option or to see if you’d like your stone shipped as is.

    If your stone is shipped as is, please allow 5 -7 business days for processing and for your tracking information to be shared with you.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF THE US): Please be aware that every country has their own VAT and Customs requirement, fees will vary depending on the shipping country and this will be charged by UPS directly to the recipient (yourself) upon delivery.

    • Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our Gem Drops, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.

    • Do your Gems come with certifications?

      • If the gemstone comes with a certification it will be noted on the production page (for example, a natural diamond may have an IGI or GIA certificated noted on the page).

      • All other gemstones are uncertified and can be sent to the certification lab of your choosing. We will notify you of the applicable fee’s at that time.

      • We can also send your finished piece for appraisal to a 3rd party laboratory which would cover insurance purposes. We will notify you of the applicable fee’s at that time.
