Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our Gem Drops, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.

You have the flexibility to purchase gemstones loose or have them set into a custom jewelry piece. After your purchase, our team will contact you to confirm whether you'd like the gemstone shipped as is or if you'd prefer to explore custom setting options.

Once you purchase a gemstone, our team will reach out to discuss your preferences for shipping it loose or setting it in a bespoke piece. If you'd like a setting estimate before purchasing the stone, please email us at hello@mondaygems.com. Keep in mind that Gem Drop items are first come, first served, so we can't hold a gemstone until it is purchased on our site. Once you’ve made your purchase, we can hold the stone while you're considering setting options.

If you choose to have your gemstone set in a bespoke piece, the process typically takes 4-8 weeks. This timeframe can vary depending on the number of design revisions and your feedback.
